We want you to feel confident trying Hook Score. If it is not a fit, we aim to handle refunds fairly and quickly.
1. Subscription plans (Monthly / Yearly)
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of first purchase.
- For renewals, refunds are generally not issued after a cycle has started, but we review exceptions case by case.
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
2. Lifetime plan
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or clear excessive usage during the refund window.
4. How to request

5. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
